Yesterday was my birthday! I am now 8 years old! For my birthday I went to PetsMart and got groomed again. Today is Memorial Day so everyone had a BBQ in the backyard. There will be pictures up shortly! I can see better because the hair isn't blocking my eyes :D

I pooped a lot yesterday. According to Anne, 3 small on the carpet in mkat's room, 2 small in the hallway, and 2 bigger ones. What can I say? I was constipated. Now that I'm eating Mighty Dog roasted chicken can food (mkat > I mixed Purina senior dry kibble in!) I've been dropping junk like no one's bizness. Pictures would've been taken but I think Anne was too repulsed to do something like that. Lots of cleaning and deodorizing occurred that night. The end.

I'm glad the weekend is here. I love going to the park! I hope it doesn't rain. :(

What's wrong with the cat?!?! I'm just trying to smell her... Geeeeeez~

I got a new friend yesterday. Her name is Zelda and she is a cat. She doesn't like me very much, probably because I like to smell everything and I get excited when I get near her. I like to sniff Zelda's carrier. Ferociously. Also, with extreme vigor.

I was sad cj wasn't around Friday night since she had her prom, so I slept on her bed the whole night. I freaked out mkat early Saturday morning and started snorting really loud, this thing that's called 'reversed sneezing'. I was also annoyed that the lights were still on and it was around 2-3AM! Went out to the park with the guy. It was a nice day.




Sunday I went to the park again. I saw some ducks in the lake so I tried to chase them... into the dirty FDR park lake! I came back home sooo excited, running up the steps all muddy and gross and jumping on cj and mkat's beds! Their blankets had to get washed but it's allll good. mkat had to give me a bath so now I smelled like oatmeal. She also had to dry me with the scary blowdryer which was really loud. I tried running all over the place but she always got me! At least I smell like oatmeal....

Friday, was cj's prom so she did not go to school! YAY! mkat also was home because she didn't feel good. I went out for a walk a little later than usual but I went out again this afternoon. We went to Broad Street where cj went to Ten Pennies Florist to buy a boutenniere (?) for her date. Next we stopped by the bank and then mkat and I waited for cj as she went to Walgreens. We also picked up some Chinese food (Sesame chicken mmmm) for lunch (not for me, though :( ). Stopped by the Simmons Animal Hospital on 15th and Wolf to drop off my stool sample. There was a 14 month old pit bull there named Rocky and he was CRAAAZY! He was so jumpy and active.... and all he had was his nails clipped!

I'll have pictures from prom night up later. I watched cj get dressed in her room. It was an exciting night for us all.
